- Designed, built, and put into daily production a full AI business-automation suite: an email quotation engine that reads enquiries and drafts priced quotations, automated weekly payment-collection reminders, GST return (GSTR-1/3B) draft computation validated against real filed returns, a Telegram staff command-centre, a live operations dashboard, and a multi-language (English / Hindi / Telugu) AI voice receptionist — all running on Claude (Anthropic), on-premise, drafting only for human review before anything sends or files.
- Now productizing this system as a fixed-scope AI automation offering for other SME distributors — owning solution design, technical delivery, and the client-facing sales proposal end-to-end.

- Built a full member / staff web platform: authentication, role-based access control, subscription and billing flow, member self-check-in, and a coach-scheduling system with dual-layer conflict detection (per-coach and shared-court).
- Found and fixed a live data-exposure bug in the booking system's row-level-security policy by designing a safe security-definer database function — verified with two separate test accounts.

- Built and deployed a 140+ product e-commerce catalogue with animated UI, an automated CC-licensed product-photo sourcing pipeline (with manual QA to catch mismatched species / duplicates), and continuous deployment to Vercel.
